Privacy Policy
Effective: October 2, 2026
Riddell Law (Will Riddell, LLC, also called “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates riddell.lawyer. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, the type of matter, and your description of what’s going on. We use it to respond to you, to check for conflicts of interest before discussing a matter with you, and to keep a record of our communications. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through the form until we’ve confirmed that Riddell Law can take your matter.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, which rely on cookies and similar identifiers to show us how visitors found the site, which pages they viewed, and whether an ad led to a call or a form submission. If you reach the site through a Google ad, the form also records a Google click identifier so we know which ad brought you here. This information doesn’t tell us who you are unless you contact us. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Hosting and service providers. The site is hosted by Squarespace, and form submissions reach us through Squarespace’s systems and by email. These providers handle the information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Phone calls. If you call the number shown in one of our Google ads, Google may measure the call so we can tell whether the ad is working, and it may record a sample of those calls for quality purposes.
How long we keep information. We keep inquiries as long as reasonably necessary to respond, run conflict checks, and meet our professional obligations.
No attorney-client relationship. Using this site, submitting the form, or contacting us doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
